new hat.... on a cold day.....
I had a great meeting today, full of inspiration, forward thinking and positive action
Sometimes, when its cold and dark outside, it just feels right to cook. So tonight, I made smoked salmon blinis, followed by lamb cutlets on a bed of green beans, courgette and flageolet beans, with crispy new potatoes and a roast garlic & creme fraiche sauce..... and fresh raspberries with a Grand Marnier & Vanilla cream
