watching clouds go by, new stereo and great dinner with great friends

I had a moment this morning in yoga, when I was gazing out the window and found myself mesmerized by the clouds

phew..... new stereo..... such a relief to have music on my car journeys again !

a bunch of us went out for the most amazing thai meal tonight.....old friends that I love dearly and leave a smile on my face way beyond our dinner
