an inspiration, true friends and count your blessings

a very awesome friend passed away yesterday whilst on a surf trip in Indonesia.... very sad times, but the one thing that shines through the darkness is that he lived and loved to the fullest...forever chasing waves, dreams and always, always had a huge smile on his face. Rob, you are a true inspiration to us all xxxxxxx R.I.P.

It is at moments like these when true friends pull together .... doesn't matter how long it is since you last spoke, or hung out together, its just about being here now

so important to take a step back and count your blessings..... realise the good that is in your life and celebrate it..... tell the people that you love and care about that you love and care about them.....
