warm towels, acupuncture and manifesting

the weather has been a bit icky of late, and so this morning, as I stepped out of the shower I was really grateful for the warm towels waiting for me

a crazy day that ended with me rushing like mad to get to acupuncture on time.... ironic really... rushing to get to a zen place, but as soon as I stepped in the door, I was good again..... breathe in, breathe out, relax

one thing I love about Tracy, my acupuncturist is the chats we have as she's working on me.... tonight we talked about manifesting our dreams and being really clear about what we want from life. She's a real inspiration
