just being, hanging out and the difference of one person

today was a strange old day...... a lot running through my mind....but it felt important to just 'be'

Alex and I went for a SUP at Greve de Lecq after work..... felt so good to be with a great friend, hanging out, laughing, and thinking about Rob's smile

It is amazing what a difference one person can make to a situation...... good or bad, but thankfully, for me, tonight it was all good :)
