getting up early in the winter has its perks....like today, when I got to witness some early morning sunshine and blue sky before it clouded over for the rest of the day
another great coaching call..... learning to release energy, good as well as bad..... it felt exhilarating
feeling really blessed to be a part of such an amazing surfing community.... we're all connected by our love and respect of the ocean, like one big, happy family
