chocolate crackles, yum yum campanile and sleeeeeeep

I've said it before and I'll say it again.... the french can make pretty much anything taste more delicious than you could imagine..... and the chocolate crackle cakes a perfect example of this...

after a long and kinda boring days driving, I pull up to the Campanile hotel in St Malo, and sit straight down to a super delicious dinner.... who knew a chain hotel could have such a good restaurant ( a bottle of perrier, steak haché with potato blinis, chorizo, chevre and a green salad, then dark chocolate mousse with a white chocolate ganache for €13.50 !!!)

a hotel bed looks soooo much better if you've been driving for 7 hours and you're about to fall into it
