another early run mission......for me, nothing can beat getting up early and doing some sort of exercise, it seems to set me up for the day and boost a positive mindset
there is a courtyard outside our office that barely sees any sun, high walls surround it and it always feels a little grey, but today, there was a warm ray of sunshine that made you stop and enjoy it each time you walked past
yipeeee summer is definitely on its way..... we had our first beach bbq tonight. So good to feel the sand between my toes and smell a little bonfire-y when I got home :)
