ran this morning..... and by the time I finished I was sore all over...from the yoga yesterday and the run today. But to be honest it felt really good, I love that feeling, makes me feel like I'm fit and active again.
someone has painted faces on a bunch of logs by 'La Station' restaurant, they look very content
dinner with elsie and her band of merry campers...... turns out chocolate cake makes everybody happy, so simple and sooooo delicious
