yoga class, beach time and garlic bread

went to a new yoga class this morning.... was the only one there, so kinda got the whole class to myself...it was awesome !

hung out at the beach again today...got to make the most of the summer sun

mmmmm met up with Elsie and her happy campers tonight, and took some home-made garlic bread with piment d'espelette...yum yum yum
