this morning whilst Jeff had a lie in, I cruised around Soho, checked out a cute book store and picked up a new yoga mat......hardly a city slicker but hey, it was fun
we went on a heli ride this afternoon....oh my goodness.... how much freaking fun ??!!!
after the helicopter ride, and before out flight back to London, we got a cab to the Meatpacking District and found an awesome asian restaurant called the Spice Market and had a very zen and very delicious dinner
