I got an email today that had me jumping around with excitement.....
when we're apart, Jeff and I tend to do some work on the weekends. Today I had a huge list, and really got stuck in and tackled some stuff that had been sitting on my to do list for way too long !
Alex called by mid afternoon and took me out for a stomp in the sunshine and fresh air. Felt so good to be moving and breathing fresh air after sitting inside working all day :)
