mmm you always feel like you've won some sort of prize when you manage to get up in time for the early Sunday morning yoga class

it poured with rain today, and so, after I had finished all my work, it felt right to get stuck into a cooking extravaganza.... ha ha ha .... I made orange & chocolate chip muffins, poulet basquaise and rillettes au saumon

busy week ahead, so it felt really nice to be prepped and ready to go...... ahead of the game with work, yummy lunch in the fridge, and feeling rested and happy
