make it happen, yoga sweat and feel good movie

woke up thinking about taking back control....... if you want something to happen, you really just need to sit down, work out what you want to achieve and start taking steps towards it

Fridays' blissology yoga workout is the toughest of the week, by far..... but its awesome at the same time, and when it's over I'm glowing

enjoyed a feel good movie tonight that felt pretty relevant to where I'm at right now.... funny how things just seem to pop up at the right time
