so this morning, at the end of my yoga practice I asked the universe for one piece of good news.... I know that might sound a little crazy, but I really needed a little boost..... and about 3 hours later, voila, the good news I was hoping for
when things are a little confused, it is so good to have someone who takes the time to understand and listen to where you're at
after a meeting I took the long way home and found myself parking up outside a book store..... the next 30 minutes were relaxing, indulgent and well deserved
