at about 4pm, the sun slowly starts to moves lower in the sky and creates the most beautiful light. A golden glow that seems to seep through the trees.
Mmmm I love making something from scratch and realising just how simple it is.... I'll never buy mint sauce again
a leg of lamb put in the oven to slow roast when we leave at about 3pm turns into mouth watering deliciousness that I get a waft of as soon as I open the front door
