I had a coaching call this morning, and was pushed to get specific about my goals. It was a little confronting because it makes me a lot more accountable but it is definitely the way forward. Yikes.
a long lost birthday card brings a smile to my face with its goofy cartoon and lovely words.
its getting late and we're full after a yummy dinner and starting to feel pretty sleepy....... so we manage a french exit :)
