we caught up with Alex & Paul and cooked a big feast for breakfast....mmmmm yummy mushrooms on toast and fresh juice

had a new years day surf in the sun (and frrrrrrrreezing water) today with friends

just found a heap of new yoga practices online called Blissology...loving it
