signal from my body, easing back into work, pizzzza express

ha ha ha the universe has sent me a little reminder that my body is a temple.....and although its ok to have a few days off after a week of boarding, its time to get cracking again.

pizza express is a pretty cool establishment, nothing fancy, but consistently good food, good service and good value....plus I am a sucker for the wafting smell of garlic that greets you from across the street
