the sun was shining so bright today.... wow, feels sooooooo good
a folder that was full of papers to file is now sitting triumphantly empty and proud
running, running, runnning..... I forget how amazing it is, and how much I love it..... the endorphins, the glow, the smile on my face, the happy sore muscles
