yum mexican salad, new ideas & honesty amongst friends

wow, i'm not bragging but I made a kick ass mexican salad tonight..... gorditas with an apple and tomato salsa, and a super fresh salad with a yummy avo, lime, mint and sour cream dressing

this whole blissology thing excites me.... its all about committing to some really good daily practices....yoga, meditation, eating great food, enjoying nature, being a good,happy person

I love friendships that are rooted in honesty, where it's totally ok to say, 'hey I can see that you're really into that, it just doesn't work for me' and everything still be totally awesome
