yoga again, at last... free like a bird, lunch in a double decker bus

wow, yoga felt soooooo good today....rusty with some wobbles, but mainly good

I had a pretty full on revelation in a coaching call today that felt like someone had just filled me with helium so I could fly up into the sky and get a better look at what I've been doing

I'd seen the bus restaurant a few times but never went in..... today we had lunch upstairs and it was delicious
