woke up to a gorgeous sunny day so I grabbed my bike, cycled to the lake and did about an hour of yoga in the sunshine...it was bliss
then I cycled into town with my 'sunny, happy days' playlist playing on my ipod and cruised around the market.... I love our market.... I bought Jeffo a tshirt, me a cookbook, us a deeeelicious roast chicken and a nice bag to put it all in !!
We lounged by the pool this afternoon.... it was nice
