lazy rainy day, lucky me and being authentic

hmmmm a day of tropical rain, strong winds and junky surf..... so a long yoga session was called for with a tonne of balancing poses and a long savassana listening to the crazy weather outside

being here makes me realise how lucky I am..... I mean, I love Hawaii, but I also love my job, and my life... and that makes me smile.... wouldn't want to be anyone else

being authentic..... it's so important to remember who you are and be proud of that
