was supposed to have a meeting this afternoon but it got cancelled, which, to be quite honest was a blessing.... it meant no mission to town, just a cruisy work day at home
bought some new trainers today with nike plus.....so excited to go running !!!
having spent the weekend freezing at the boat show, my body is a bit run down.... popped into the health store and picked up some vitamins and the guy in there was super nice... really caring... offered me a glass of water so I could take the first few tablets straight away to get them in my system. I thought that was really nice.
