watched an amazing mini doc on the kokua foundation about environmental education.... re-ignited my passion and gave me heaps of new ideas and inspiration
went out for dinner with a really good friend and she gave me 2 beautiful candles in a paper bag that said 'you're amazing' on it
super yummy dinner........ seared scallops with a crab and crushed Jersey royals salad,carrot and coriander puree, rocket and calamari... what a combo !!
